Nice tips i've only just started playing this game and this is very helpful

But how can i now who hate who ?

Another tip: giving people embassy isnt always a good idea. On high difficulty the AI will ask for embassy and send his army where u live to crush you. Also after renaissance, if ur very technologically advanced, the AI will spy the crap out of your capital if they know where it is... Finally, if you have a very good start, dont give embassy to other ppl or they will covet your lands, which is especially bad in higher dif cause then again a single bad modifier can make them want to kill you

how come the civ i bought does not have all those nations and the bird and the book at the top of the screen and yes i got civ 5

Another funny little tip: In the mid to late game, imagine you have nothing important to build for 1 turn, awhilenext turn you research a technology that allows you to build something important (e.g. a wonder, or a research lab etc.). You can then sell your shrine and rebuild it on the waiting turn. This will cost only a little bit of hammers and all the extra hammers your city makes will overflow to the next turn. This usually means the important thing finishes earlier. It is even stronger if you have opened Piety, as your production doubles while building a shrine, giving you massive extra production.

If you dont want to fight someone, get open borders and spam roads in their territory to tank their economy.

On the topic of making other civs pay you to declare war... I normally follow a lot meaner version when I go for domination. It's not the same, but it has the same general basis.
The first thing I do is try and route out as best as I can where all the other civs are, and which of the bordering (or at least closest) civs around me are the weakest- normally I only consider 2 because eventually the others get closed out by the two civs- or one civ in extreme cases. Once I have a pretty good idea of where everyone stands, I prepare until I think my civ is ready to start war- which depends largely on the situation/civ.
If one of the civs has a larger military than me, then I will avoid them completely and attack the other civ. If both civs have larger militaries, than I am still not ready and will continue preparation or try to get strong allies. If neither have a large army than me, I'll attack the stronger one. Basically, I want a confirmed win here. If you can't win unless you're MUCH bigger, or the other civ just MIGHT win against you- then continue to prepare your military until you're ready.
( DECLARE WAR FIRST, I'm not sure if this effects anything- but I've never done this without declaring it a just war)
Then I go ahead and go in for the attack, I drop the civs health but make sure the civ itself doesn't die. Normally I'm attacking the capital in this situation, so I don't know if this plays out any different if you attack any old city. It probably won't, you just might need to push a bit harder. I continue relentless attack- and decline any help, that's important- until the other civ starts asking for a peace treaty.
Now it's time for the real fun. There should be at least one other civ that you dislike on the map, that you and the enemy civ are both capable of attacking and are stronger than when combined. That is your target. Click on the other civ's city and offer peace if they declare war on that civ. Normally I also offer a bit more to help them overcome the trouble I caused during the war and letting them rebuild their army. It's not required that you select that you ALSO declare war on that civ at the same time, but it skips the tedious bits.
Now congrats, you just bullied an empire into fighting for you. Keep feeding this empire and make them reliant on you; they are your pet, your child, your everything and if they leave you then slaughter them and move onto the next civ. (Open borders is important- make sure you get that in near the start of the treaty.)
Oh, and one last tip...
GHANDI NEEDS TO BE WIPED OUT BEFORE HE CAN CREATE NUCLEAR BOMBS.
NO.
