These incentives are ridiculous. When you drive a new car off of the lot, it depreciates about $2000 when the tires hit the highway. It's insane to buy a new car, now or any time.

The war on Afghanistan was conceived over a year before it started. Everyone has been saying that the dollar is collapsing. 24 months later, the dollar is still as strong as before.
