I predict silver to be worth $96,000 per ounce. I just take an average silver ounce cost and then figure out how many I would need to equal one ounce of gold. Then I take that ratio and multiply by a 1-1 ratio with gold. Gold = $1538.00 Cdn. Silver is $21.26 Cdn. X 72.34 = how many ounces of silver to equal one ounce of gold. Then I give silver a one to one ratio with gold. So 72.34 x 1538 = $111,262.653 per ounce of silver.

I knew back when I started working full time at my chosen career that I will die with work boots on back in 1999. They take 2.5% and match 2.5% for my pension to be collected in 2033. I will never see it. I just hope I will have a place to live that I own and be able to afford more than cabbage soup twice a day.

Irrational exuberance! How many time we predicted it? Eventually it will come to an end. This is simple cycle theory. Everyone who have a little bit of understanding of economics is knowing it. Last big rally and with higher interest rates lending going to be more expensive and THAT is what gonna give the final stab to the economy! The problem is that never in history was the world so leveraged to debt as the governments as the companies and as the people as well. This consensus takes me to that easy prediction that this is going to be one of the biggest collapse in the history. No surprise!
