When Trump eventually reshuffles the cabinet, he should think about having Jim in the treasury. Preferably at it's head. -
look at how many of his predictions have come true. currency wars are nothing new. he never discusses why the statutory value of gold is 42.20 an ounce to this very day. currency will never be backed by a,commodity again.

Ron Paul is clueless, especially on housing bubbles. Yes we do know pretty much when the bubble will burst, US land prices should peak around 2024 and lead to a crash 1-3 years later.
The nominal price of housing passing the pre 08 peak is irrelevant once you adjust for inflation, the debt servicing is low and IR's will will remain low this cycle, the level of private debt necessitates that. -
For such a smart man, I am disappointed to see Jim Rickards have such blinders on when it comes to politics and Trump. I foundmyself wondering how someone who looked at all the data and still came back in favor of Trump could be relied upon to draw accurate conclusions from economic data.
