16. Can someone clarify how the principal disappears after all the payments are paid? E.g. Bank gives citizen 1 million dollars for mortgage. Citizen pays back mortgage with 200k in interest. Bank makes 200k, but they don't make the 1 million from the mortgage? Wouldn't the bank's account that they can trade in capital markets, loan back out to the people, or do whatever they want with it be 1.2 million?

19. Tying up the value of money to a scarce resource such as energy or a commodity will not guarantee an equitable distribution of wealth. Big companies, corporations, or even countries can still have monopoly or at least have a significant share over the commodity which may still be an avenue for corruption, and may still cause wars for competing sides.
    
    The only viable solution to ensure equity and proper distribution of wealth is to consider that every resource on earth is a legacy of all humankind, and everyone is entitled for at least the basic needs of a person to survive and lead a meaningful life, such as food, education, healthcare, and maybe even travelling. Wherever you are in the world, whatever culture or class you come from this should be a right.
    
    Now, who will run this system? No one. It should be run by computers and AI, using scientific and objective data researched and gathered across the planet. No human should have a hand on this. This system should account all climate and environmental data and ensure that what we consume is sustainable without sacrificing technological and scientific progress.
