"Administrative Law in Uzbekistan: National Experience" Roundtable photo report

May 17, 2016 the department "Judicial and law enforcement agencies" in cooperation with the leadership of the University of International scientific and practical seminar was organized: "Administrative Law in Uzbekistan: National Experience and Prospects for Development". Moderator: Head of the Department "Judicial and law enforcement agencies," Ph.D. - Azamat Egamberdiev Uktamovich. The event opened with an introductory speech Vice Rector TSUL- Umarov Dilshodzhon Marufovich. This event was attended by: Kamalov Mansurhon Muhtarovich - Vice President for Academic Affairs TSUL; Yang Tsiyko - director of the German Research Institute for Public and Legal Department, Professor, Doctor of Law; Thomas Kunze - regional authorized representative of the Fund's behalf Kondrada Adenauer Foundation in Central Asia, Professor Emeritus of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Jörg Pudelka - Director of GIZ program "Promoting the rule of law in Central Asia." Mohamed Isa Ahlimanovich - Head of the "State Building and Law" at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Head of the Centre of Public Law, Doctor of Law, Professor. Musayev Akbar Muhiddinovich - deputy head of the criminal, administrative and social legislation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as heads of departments and teachers TSUL. The seminar was held at a high level and in a friendly atmosphere. During the event were discussed in detail the prospects for the development of administrative law in Uzbekistan and discussed the German experience in this field. In summarizing TSUL leadership and guests of the event stressed the importance of the development of law in this area, given the current conditions.
