@JimWAllan Because it's the only way to save the people who are not part of a tribe, and have no survival skills. It is needed to keep the people under their cotrol. The control of a system that is ran and operated by government. The people will acknowledge this change as long as the current African economic system remains intact, and as long as the powers that be continue to rob the people of Africa from their freedoms. @JimWAllan Very true, what's more "Global Economic Growth" is oxymoronic - everywhere can't grow relative to everywhere else. If the US, UK & Japan continued to grow at 8% p.a., it would necessarily be at the expense of Eastern Europe, South East Asia and Africa. And most importantly, 'Do we want to grow?' a country with Britain's population density but which prides itself on its natural heritage is now suffering that dilemma. The former can come only at the expense of the latter.
