Art Berman- Lower Oil Prices in a Failing Economy

Art Berman talks to HGS about the September 2016 low oil prices. He says: two years into the global oil price collapse, it seems unlikely that prices will return to sustained levels about $70 per barrel any time soon, or perhaps ever. Meanwhile a global uprising is unfolding. The uprising seems to be about immigration and borders, but its really about hard times in a failing global economy.
