What do you think the future holds for FB? 4:03 - Morale in public education is at an all time low right now. How do we create a Thank You Economy Culture despite government mandates, curriculum that isn't effective today, no funding and, most of all, high stress and pressure on teachers? 5:17 - Sprint is taking over the Radio Shack stores, but what is the relevance of Sprint? Is Sprint the new Radio Shack? 6:12 - Would love to hear more on HOW to hustle faster! 6:39 - Last year you nailed it when you recommended we use Medium. They don’t tweet about it and they don’t post on Facebook about it! 20:12 - How would you respond if your wife decided to open up a business as direct competition to VaynerMedia or Wine Library? 20:55 - Why do you put so much emphasis into/on sports/the Jets? 21:49 - I spend 10-15 hours on image posts I make for my company on social media. They are hand drawn as well as computer drawn. I am getting way more 'likes' on my hand drawn lettering posts compared to these non-hand drawn ones. What should I do? 23:29 - What's your spirit animal? #LINKS http://cordproject.co/ -- Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. For the Rogaine, the perfect example for that would be Viagra. No one wants to talk about it but they/ Viagra spin it as a positive ie their commercials, content etc. Spin negatives as a positive by using positive content to solve the negatives. ;)

Hey Gary Vaynerchuk, Im real late to your wisdom and have been cramming all your podcast in over the last few weeks. Im a big sports guy and from New Zealand and I watch a lot of college football and basketball, NBA ,NFL and so on. Here in New Zealand our sport system is terrible where our talent gets stuck here in New Zealand and the sportmen dont get the opportunity to play in countries where their choice of sport is at it's higher level. Kids here dont have the opportunity and dont know of or have options. That where I come in my company is High School Top 200 and I rank the Top 200 HIGH SCHOOL player in the country for rugby to give players a platform to show their talents. Im building towards adding 12 sports under that in the next 7 years and I want my company to be a recruiting company basically for the country. Any thoughts or advice on how to keep the momentum in exploring into the other sports and making money from it to build my empire

Characteristics: Strength, Confidence, Leadership, Healing, Strong Grounding Forces -
I like the rapid-fire, but not as much as the standard format. It's fun, but feels like you're just trying to bang the questions out instead of savoring them.
QOTD: Rabbit. Don't know why, just feels right. I want it to be a dog, but it's just not, it's a rabbit. -
This format was fun, maybe something you could do occasionally but I do like the 5 question format because each answer goes deeper like you talk about and that's what brings value to your show for me :)

The effect of women of us: to go from 'choosing to build the biggest building in town' to 'I will put her out of business in a second' :D

I agree re. where tech is going in the future but - in speaking of hedging everything we read - i think perhaps it might benefit you to read up on WHY google and government and other profit driven mega corps are wanting to inject us with smart chips... it has much more to do with population control - masked as tech convenience. theres talk of it being mandatory as they're doing with vaccines now - something i would be very careful about getting too excited about in future. I'm all over new technologies to advance our worlds - but it can be deeply mis used and exploited - tagging humans is one way. the ore become engaged in technology for business, the further i move off the grid and stay in tune with nature (where ALL technology comes from to begin with - look up biomimicry and mycological maps - the first internet) and indigenous culture before we lose our humanity. Take it all in just don't drink the Koolaid. Smoke but do not inhale.

Hey Gary, yeah just like you said at the end of your show, rapid fire Q & A is pretty awesome. Tons of value in this episode with the 9200 questions you answered.
