Full description and comments at: http://www.peakprosperity.com/podcast/95125/bill-black-why-banksters-winning Oh boy. If you have high blood pressure, you may want to avoid listening to this new podcast... Bill Black, expert on Wall Street control fraud, returns to discuss the gross abuses of power rampant in our financial, political and judicial systems. In his estimation, regulation and enforcement of financial crimes have been completely gutted and de-fanged -- intentionally by corrupt politicians, and unintentionally by inept ones. All while the Justice Department turns a blind eye.

wonder what the political interference in NY is going to do to the property prices, one big ass bubble since there is no contraints to keep a reality check on price discovery, Cuomo will reap what he sows at the expense of the New Yorkers, don't worry Trump will make money out of this and according to Trump screwing over people qualifies him to be president?
-
How can Bernanke say he couldn't get a mortgage? He is a billionaire with Citadel.
-
The Fed and the money changers are the samething, one big ass Ponzi scheme, no price discovery here, just a dependence on the stupid public to permit the bloodsuckers and leaches to suck off labor. A pathetic situation.

Mozillo is laughing at you from his castle in Europe, as you speak. Maybe Black will get the nod with Bernie to set things right.

hank Paulson, Rubin, Summers, Leavitt, Greenspunk, all the wet dream team under slick willie, these aholes keep giving away the country, starting with Enron and push push in the George bush and Ken Lay.

Why didn't the new attorney general prosecute Holder? She is useless too.
-
Holder tried to deflect his corrupt life by putting full attention to Fergusen and and one person who with police record? Hitler and Goebel would be proud of Holder and Obama. Now make room for the reckless and dangerous Trump carney front man.
-
attorney general Holden was in charge of prosecuting his partners the primary dealers , thanks Obama for appointing Holden I wonder if Clinton can out due this doozy?

How does fining corrupt financial institutions help "we the people"? A bank defrauds citizens of a billion dollars, and lets say the government comes in and fines them 100 million, or whatever. So the government now has the money from the fine, not the citizens who got their money stolen. And so the fine just falls into the black-hole of government spending and we see absolutely nothing in return.
Shit, just let the damn banks keep it. The way I see it you are just transferring the money from one pack of thieves to another. I could really care less. At least in China they execute the banker thieves giving the citizens some semblance of justice. -
I'm not so sure Iceland is such a great example. Didn't they seem fine with how everything was being run as long as everyone was making money? It's only when the shit hits the fan that it's someone's fault, not while the shit is being bought, and stored above the springboard tilted towards the fan.

Problems have solutions, Predicaments have outcomes. This fellow thinks that all we have are fixable problems. Meanwhile, the real world is about to experience outcomes...

Glad to see this.

I really like Mr. Black's attitude and approach, it is very honest, knowledgeable and straight forward.

When crime becomes legal, we have a criminal society, we go out, we go to work (if we are lucky enough to have a job), we get robbed by the bank on our savings, we get lied to constantly when we turn out television on, our children go to school and risk getting shot or body slammed by a hard-line henchman, we go to the shops and find that either our staple foods have got up way beyond the CPI or the package size of product has shrunk, we are lucky if we have a job, the job we have pays the same as it did a decade or more ago, the good jobs just don't seem to be around any more but the TV keeps spilling out the longest recovery ever, the green shoots, remember those? Where are the crops we should be reaping 8 years later?
The system is so rotten, so cancerous, so endemic and entrenched in the white collar western world that the only way for change is reap what they sow....crime breeds disaster for everyone in the long-term. Nothing will change until the necessity level is so high that it directly affects the survival of the masses. So that is what will happen. Even the regulators are paid lackeys as were the police to Al Capone's bootlegging campaigns. All the ombudsmen are crooks and implicit in the crimes...what chance is there of change until the whole thing collapses? -
"Fixing" isn't going to do much of nothing. Locking up some executives will just result in other corrupt executives replacing them. The system is a fail and talking about minor "fixes" isn't going to do much of nothing.

Here is one thing I don't understand if somebody could explain it to me, If the Government can print all the money it wants, then why is say the Executive office always beholden to money? Why not just give the order to the Fed to print up a Trillion dollars and deposit it in the Executives account?
