What economic growth? Tell this to do people who lives in the slums and tambays. What about the peiple who goes abroad to find a job because theres no jobs there.

60/40 will remain 4ever

Remove the 60/40 ruling and our growth will certainly soar like a phoenix. The FDI that gets in doesn't even reach 10% of Indonesia's. This is deceiving.
-
Politics had nothing to do with this! The economic growth is made by the Filipino people and the vigorous businessmen!

Paul, why are u underestimating the Philippines? At least there is a lot of improvement going on! And as Jesus said take out the splinter in your eye before you take your neighbor's.In other words, stop judging lest you will be judge.

I agree with you, The money coming from 10 million+ overseas Filipinos are also giving a huge economic support to our country just like SK. I wish all the best for the improvement of our country!

Pinoy can't live in apartment? Oh! so poor

Slums is where the factory workers live, the "backbone" of the economy. These people pay room rent, bed spaces, buy food & clothes too. The living condition may not be like yours, but that's what they have right now. Because of the labour demand, people from countryside move to the city, same with China.
