We all trapped by their economic psychology of share risks. Good will insurance industries are now be destroyed by their sudden shift to one side of the investment banking master mind system. Risks are spread instead of narrow down for control and subject to cure treatments and evolution of the system for the benefit of users. They just want to keep all us inside the device they designed to trap flow of efforts and resources with their illusive cash and credits. No real report of this scam yet.
