Economy: Britain drops in Europe's league table for living standards. A study carried out by Eurostat found that the UK had slipped two places on the European (EU) league table to the sixth last year. Debate: Economists' views do not make a great reading for Britain as they think the economy has a 35 percent chance of a return to recession in the next 12 months and believe the government has held his hopes too high for the next two years. Queen’s role in the UK is only ceremonial (I do not know about the commonwealth countries). In the UK, Queen is the head of the country and church (i.e. she is the supreme Ayatollah / leader of the Church of England!) but she has no right to say anything about politics or religion! By law she must approve all sorts of things, going to war and ending war, but again by law she cannot have a say! Government gives her a paper and she signs it without even reading it! What is the point of reading it?

People are not just been watched on cctv, some of those who the govt, the police & secret services redeem to be a danger to the state like an activist & those who speak out against the corrupt state we live under, well you didn't think the system were going out to catch criminals did you? No the govt track people who really appose the criminals who are the politicians both at 10 Downing St & the Houses of Parliament & those who speak out against police corruption etc. Big Brother=Big Criminals.
