Join Elaine Feldman and a panel of experts for an examination of these issues drawn from their ground breaking new report "No Time for Complacency: A 21st Century Trade Strategy for Canada”, published by the Centre for International Policy Studies at uOttawa. Elaine Feldman, co-chair of the report, is an Executive in Residence at uOttawa, she was President of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency from 2010 to 2013. Elaine had a lengthy career in the public service of Canada and served as Deputy Permanent Representative of Canada to the WTO, as Assistant Deputy Minister for North America at Global Affairs Canada, as Vice-Chair of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and as a Canadian negotiator during the WTO Uruguay Round.
