4. Good stuff guys. I learned a new dimension of austerity here which I previously thought of as simply tightening one's belt, but now I see the way it's used to tighten the noose even more towards total helplessness.
5. Hey guys, may I make a suggestion, maybe you should try and change the visual format by having a conversation with each other, and we can be like flies on the wall. Try looking at each other and talking to each other and only look at the camera if you are trying to get a particular message across to your audience.
   
   When too people talk to the audience, it doesn't connect well with the audience, it is like two people trying to talk to you at once, a little annoying. This is the reason when you have two host, they cut to one person when they are talking to the audience.
