Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her daughter, Clinton Foundation Vice Chair Chelsea Clinton, chaired the 'No Ceilings Conversation' in Little Rock, Arkansas on Saturday (November 15). The talk focused on ways to integrate women and girls into the global economy, and how societies all around the world can help to integrate women, starting at the local level. "What we want to do today is to really dig into what's happening on the local level here in Arkansas, in our country, and around the world, with people who are on the forefront of trying to figure out how you prepare girls and women to be in the economic sector. How you identify the barriers to their participation, and how you begin to not only eliminate them, but transform the workplace so that more girls and women, particularly given the age-old challenge of balancing family and work, can be able to participate moving in and out of the formal economy," the former secretary said.
