US did not play by its rules whenever its interest been undermined.
US law is above the WTO or International law.
US allegation is a " LAW" . There are no need to prove their case before WTO. -
If you join WTO, you get Market Economy Status.
China agree to delay automatic granting of such status when they join WTO - protocol accession to WTO.
because US and Western govt opposed China memberships of WTO.
The clause are going to expire by the date of Dec 11 2016.
After Dec 11 2016, China would get their automatic Market Economy status.
They dont need approval from US, EU or Japan.
Whatever US allegation made against China is irrelevant on the question whether China should get such status given by WTO membership.
US can file WTO complaints against China or kicked them out of WTO .
As far as i am concerned, US had lost the case over dumping allegation. -
No because giving Commie China an open market economy statues is akin to giving a successful sly thief the keys to your house.
