Africa without a doubt really needs to start setting its sights on inventing implementing and moving global infrastructure .

Stability should, ideally, be a standard of living goal-setting strategy and not a component or result of implementing security initiatives because safety has a price and individuals cannot purchase without establishing that unique rate of exchange.
