Excellent panelists and content, but for such a high-profile event, Professor Zittrain moderated the discussion at too basic a level. E.g., people listening to the session would probably be familiar with the basic principles of work performed by Cisco and similar firms, and would not need a detailed explanation from the stage. It felt as though the B-to-B side of the conversation was being forced into a B-to-C mold--which didn't work well.
