I think you may have been confused with the modernization theory... Rostow's model was correlated with the modernization theory not the dependency theory....

I beg to differ, Cambodia still is in a traditional society, there is practically no infrastructe, education is nearly non-existant and people live extremely undeveloped. opinion?
