Dominic Barton, Global Managing Director, McKinsey & Company Barton is an active participant in many international fora, including World Economic Forum, the Asia Business Council, and the China Development Forum. He joined McKinsey & Company in 1986 and served as the company’s chairman in Asia from 2004 to 2009 and led Mc- Kinsey’s office in Korea during 2000-2004.
