What makes you think the collapse will be in 2017/8 (your reasons please)? I say because there is nothing more to steal as all industry is offshored plus hints the elite leave in the economist magazine saying the dollar will end in 2018 and the G8 financial meeting in 2009 where it was agreed the dollar would end as global reserve currency in 2018...
