Economic Collapse Survival Map - Risk Analysis of best area in United States
Economy | Information | History | Online | Facts | World | Global | Money
Where would be the place in the United States to be in the event of an economic collapse? THIS VIDEO IS NOT INTENDED FOR DEDICATED PREPPERS WITH SURVIVAL SKILLS, BUT FOR THE UNPREPARED WITH NO STORED FOOD. THIS VIDEO ALSO USES A SELECTION PROCESS THAT CAN BE MODIFIED WITH DIFFERENT VARIABLES TO CONSIDER OTHER GEOGRAPHIC CHOICES. What if you had to grow some of your own food to feed your family? What if utilities failed provide water, natural gas or electricity? How would you heat your home or cook your meals? What if riots and crime plagued large cities? What would happen if the government stopped handing out Foodstamps and Welfare? This is one analysis of where may be the best place to be in the United States? This is only one point of view and I am from the Deep South, but most people will not be prepared and have no experience at raising crops. In an area with long winters with low food stocks, you could starve. No I do not sell real estate and in fact I live in Alabama.

lol, Florida is simply too densely populated. do you think desperate folks won't be willing to cross county lines???? please!
-
Yeah, let's see you move in on those born and raised in that part of Florida, or Alabama; should be interesting. Not to mention that average rainfall, could mean it all comes down at once. You obviously have NOT lived in The South for any length of time. How many hurricanes you been through? Oh wait, let me guess... ZERO!

Seems like the heaviest food stamp use in regions that could grow food?

I was taught 60 yrs back
You need to be 250 miles from A Large City_ When the Shit" hits the Fan ! - You'd better be out of Any major Cityor don't expect to Survive- Plain & Simple-So most will notBut Also would not be adapt to A total Rural area - They'd have no clue - Growing food - Chopping wood - Living with Bare essentials / not for the faint-of heart- you gotta be A fairly rugged type in the first place - killing A animal- raising food -Hard work . I pray this will not happen - But - it may. God Bless All - Listen to your inner voice of reason. and Pray . -
Peanuts and wine? Sure thing bucko.

When shtf I want home field advantage. Sticking to the land, wildlife, and people I'm familiar with. Last thing I need is to travel to a safe haven county and have to deal with a people who will be over protective of and fiercely defend their shit.
-
humans lived through the fucking ice age. definitely not worried about a harsh winter....
and anywhere in Florida and youre fucked -
The one good thing about living in a place like the Maryland suburbs is that most of the people aren't armed and you can eat the people once the other food starts running out, which would be pretty damn soon.
-
The food stamps map per county doesn't represent the reality of the threat. The threat should be measured by shear numbers and not percentage of total population. You would be far better off in a rural sparsely populated county that current has a 40 percent count of households on food stamps than be in a densely populated urban or suburban county that has 10 percent of households receiving food stamps.

WHAT IS THE SONG????!?!?!?!
-
Yeah Everyone-MOVE SOUTH! The Gulf Coast, Florida, Alabama, etc sound GREAT!

In a disaster, the words "Let's rush to Florida!" will never leave my mouth. Even if it kills me, I think I'll be better off.

Brought to you by the Jackson county Florida tourism board.
-
Florida has heavy drug use so junkies will take your farm and the mosquitoes are gonna get you Yankees sick good luck
-
I beleive even in a winter place you can have and build a greenhouse, so i wouldnt rule out the very prime area that your data showed,
-
Sounds to me like you are a realtor for Florida. To much heat, humidity and snakes & bugs.
-
Is Detroit a good place to survive ? Land and homes are cheap. It gets cold but summer is nice.
-
Since most people know jack shit about farming your information is totally worthless.
What do you expect people to start buying up land and moving to a place where there are no jobs to be had to wait for a economic fall out that might never happen? -
Best place you want to be is outside the US, because if it ever happened, you would have over 50 million illegal immigrants along with a huge percentage of Muslims in government, with a perfect opportunity to realize their radical views. It makes no sense whatsoever to pin your hopes on a paltry stockpile of illegal weapons. Save as much money as you can, build a fortress outside the U.S., and plan appropriately so your family will be out before it hits. [Not that I believe this is likely in the slightest]
