good video but the instructor uses ecommerce and online retail interchangeably, which I think is wrong. for example, one mistake will be in terms of online retail Flipkart is the largest player but when we come to ecommerce then irctc becomes the largest player. E-commerce is a much wider concept. I am not saying that the instructor doesn't know. I am saying it would be better if he clearly establishes the difference between them in class. otherwise a great video.
