Underground bunkers sounds great but, when they come out of their bunkers (when is the operative word -how do you know it is safe ?) they will have no money ,no assets the World will be "gone ".No phones ,no plastic,no fuel etc. .Still, will be lots of other bunker clients emerging a the same time .How about the first guts out ,they will be able to hunt down the new arrivals .No satellites no airports ,roads ,buildings -bacteria will be rampant ,so will rodents .
