The figure of underemployment in Ward 8 alone is estimated at 38 percent. These real numbers have provided an increased focus by the Obama Administration to focus on the "how" of creating jobs in an ever expanding 'green' economy that includes all citizens here and among our world neighbors. In this movement of CEO Space by world leaders is addressing the restructuring of our global economies there is the constant drum beat of jobs with a special emphasis on 'green' jobs while addressing the consequences of severe climate change.
