Hello Mr Alanis. I have a question regarding the components of the external environment that I have seen in the "Fundamentals of Management Essential Concepts and Applications Eight Edition" textbook which was written by Stephen P. Robbins, David A. DeCenzo and Mary Coulter. According to the book, the six components are economic, global, political/legal, sociocultural, technological and demographic instead of the competitive that you mentioned in the video. May I ask why you did not put demographic as the component of external environment in your video? Great video by the way. Thank you. :)
