Over the past decade, Ethiopia's economy has evolved to become the largest non-oil exporting economy in Africa. It is also one of the top ten fastest growing economies in the world. According to a World Bank report, Ethiopia averaged 10.6% GDP growth per year between 2004 and 2011. This compares to a 5.2% GDP growth in Sub-Saharan Africa as a whole. But what has been the driving force behind the spectacular growth over the past six years. TVC News East Africa correspondent Ken Karuri reports from Addis Ababa.
