Has the IMF ever predicted a recession or crash?

The largest Economy is USA, and this is a WAR ECONOMY. 1000 military bases world-wide, 6000 domestic military facilities, boots on the ground 150 countries. USA number ONE in arms sale by far. USA military intervention is GLOBAL, THEY, H.Clinton echoed by Kerry,"USA has the DNA for global leadership", reminds me of Hitler´s racism. BUT this all white panel says nothing about this Global WAR ECONOMY instigated, created, supported by USA. TALK ABOUT THIS PLEASE because it is getting worse than ever.
