Seoul has been listed as the sixteenth most influential city in the world. U.S. economics magazine Forbes also pegged the South Korean capital as one of the "rising stars",... hinting that it could make into the top 10... in the near future. Forbes took into account various factors such as foreign investment,... concentration of corporate businesses... and ease of air travel. London was deemed the world′s most influential this year. New York City came in a close second followed by Paris and Singapore.
