Four suspects have been arrested in Mombasa over involvement in the kidnapping of a 4-year-old child. Flying Squad officers caught them unawares, as they waited for the child's parents to send them cash via an M-PESA agent. It has now emerged that one of the suspects is a relative of the victim.
