Great lecture/presentation by the way...I wish the company I work for would have speakers that inspire the employees to think about the future....as of now, most of the effort is focused on senior management telling us we need to "innovate" (Whatever that means).

I dont think that those treatments would be such a good idea, I question our ability as a society to adapt to this change (economically, politically, socially). Also, we have proven to be toxic for the environment and if we live to 120, this means that there will be more of us in this planet at the same time.......ironic how expanding our life expectancy, we are reducing the life expectancy of the planet that we depend on to continue as a species.

Looking forward to your comments on future of euro, future of Middle East, future of health care and pharma, diabetes, life expectancy. Do you think treatments enabling us to live to 120 years old are a good idea?
