Future of Global Economy II / Istanbul WPF 2011

On session 15 under the title of "Future of Global Economy II" the moderator was Dr.Zeynel Abidin Erdem (Erdem Holding Chairman of Board of Executive ), the speakers were; Kemal Derviş ( Brooking Institute, Director of Global Economy and Develoment Programme /Member of Sabancı University International Board of Overseers ), Ulrich Zachau (World Bank Director of Turkey), Lord Nicholas Stern (London School of Economics Faculty Member) and Mehmet Şimsek( Republic of Turkey Finance Member). The speakers evaluated the long and short term expectations of global economy and also the role of Turkey in the expectations of the global economy. "Küresel Ekonominin Geleceği II" başlıklı 15.Oturumda Dr. Zeynel Abidin Erdem( Erdem Holding Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı) moderatörlüğünde Kemal Derviş (Brooking Enstitüsü Global Ekonomi ve Kalkınma Programı Direktörü, Sabancı Üniversitesi Uluslararası Danışma Kurulu Üyesi), Ulrich Zachau (Dünya Bankası Türkiye Direktörü), Lord Nicholas Stern (London School of Economics Öğretim Üyesi), Mehmet Şimşek (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Maliye Bakanı) orta ve uzun vadede küresel ekonomiye yönelik beklentilerini ve öngörülerini değerlendirirken küresel ekonominin geleceğinde Türkiye'nin konumunun ne olacağı hakkında fikirlerini sunmuşlardır.
