G20 Communiqué Reaction: Litmus Test is in Implementation

“If fully implemented” – these are key words in the final communiqué of the G20 leaders’ following their 2014 summit in Brisbane. Their action plan lists 1,000 measures developed by member countries, in order to achieve an additional 2 per cent growth in global GDP over five years.
