G20 leaders pledge to cut budget deficits

The G20 summit has concluded in the Canadian city of Toronto on Sunday with world leaders pledging to halve budget deficits by 2013 and stabilise or reduce government debt by 2016. It is now up to individual countries to implement measures to reach their targets and spur financial growth.
