Investable money will flow to where ever the best return with the lowest risk is available. If it is not Chinese stocks, it might be art, apartments in New York, precious metals, vacant land, municipal bonds, or whatever might be purchasable at that time. Strangely, some of the assets do appear artificially low like gold, silver and other precious metals. There is certainly a glut of steel raw materials (iron ore, manganese...) and base metals ( copper, aluminum, nickel...) and the prices are super low...below the cost of extraction in many cases. Seemingly a great buy, but the prices are remaining low.
