We shouldn't really hit a brick wall until 2018, there is a few other factors to take into account, look at NWO and how they are handling every nation...Governments will blame it on WW3 no doubt.

You should research about the coming global cooling (actually it began in 2008) but the temperatures will drop drastically in 2019 until 2030-2031.Look for John L. Casey's work (Nasa engineer) and many other scientists.The world will be (globally) colder and much wetter = failing crops
