Everyone talks about this regulation, which sounds nice. But how are you going to regulate it? Are you going to fine them? Tell them to stop? What if they do it anyway? Obviously, it's indirectly proven regulation won't do any good sense, they're willing to bail them out. And you really expect gov't to regulate something as complex as deriavities. By the time they figure it out, they'll already be 10 booms and busts.
