I feel like the position of the united states is largely unrepresentative of what is truly happening, with many people exiting the job market due to 99+ weeks of unemployment. people registering as "non-job seeking" do not register on unemployment, called "hidden unemployment" - I feel that there is still much more work that needs to be done to boost these members of the population.
