A COP (Officer of the Corporation) is nothing more then a Security Guard for the Corporate STATE and he may only involve his action to those contracted to TRADE & COMMERCE within the STATE and Public Right of ways. Do you even think about what it is your talking about and your extreme limited knowledge of actual LAW and that of Corporate Codes? Have mouth will run it!

@christo930 nother problem with the private prisons is that they tend to lobby for, and get, higher mandatory minimum sentences, more laws, 3 strike laws (like life a fucking baseball game) etc. They take over the economy of small towns and there has been corruption where prison owners have given kickbacks to judges for putting people in their prison. The taxpayer is the one who's pay for the prison in the first place. It's all fucked up.
-
@christo930 There is a fallacy that many people believe in the US. A lot of people seem to think that a privately run, for profit business is more efficient than government institutions and nothing could be further from the truth. Competition is what breeds efficiency. There i no real competition in private prisons, so they are more expensive. They only way it would work is they would have to attract prisoners while still underbidding the competition. But with a 3rd party payer, it doesn't work

@AnnoyingTypoSyndrome I don't believe that blacks and Arabs are savages, but I do believe they have corrupt governments. I totally agree with you that we shouldn't compare ourselves to the least developed countries and say "well, at least it's better here than there". I was only pointing out that we are not a 3rd world nation. We do need to get rid of the drug laws, the three strike laws, mandatory minimum sentences and most of all, privatized prisons.
-
@AnnoyingTypoSyndrome I would say that the US is one of the worst of the developed 1st world nation, but it certainly nowhere near some other 3rd world countries. Come on, when is the last time we stoned someone to death for being raped?
-
@AnnoyingTypoSyndrome I agree with much of what you say here, but I wouldn't take the Chinese numbers too seriously. They hide and deny a lot of their prisoners and aren't very transparent. Despite the economic miracle that has occurred in China, it's still a third wold communist dictatorship with horrific human rights.

It wasn't the ATF allowing guns to go to Mexico that is so bad, but their forcing gun store owners to sell to criminals even though they knew the sales were illegal in order to allow the guns to flow to drug cartels.

LOL! Can't wait to eat shit?

Ur right bout bush 911
-
in a police state everyone is viewed as a criminal.
-
The Director of the ATF will be "asked" to resign, after that little or no change in policy. Things will only change after Mexican cartel members start having regular shoot outs on American streets. Globalists need their willing slave labor you know.

@DEMCAD I didn't call you stupid, I have much more respect for you than that.

Gotta love the japanese

when the economy is good, they can afford more cops, also less crime because there are more jobs. dah

@rea1001 EURL is a going concern. It has been an expensive hassle to set up and I am still not done with all the paperwork and visits to various cities here I need to make to make it final. It is still very complicated to be a going concern here in France, not like what I experienced being a sole proprietor in NYC, which only cost 30 bucks at the time and it was just a form to fill out. Thank you for subbing!

No one is ever responsible for the shiza that happens, but everyone wants their names on the 'good' events. Hey dem- any word on the nuclear meltdown hitting the mainstream? All i hear about is the weiner....
-
thank you, for your perspective

cause:money effect:crime there is a correlation to taxpayer expense for crime based on how many are in prison. #1 US employer:military #2:people in prison/corrections #3:walmart. if there is a fake virtual non-backed currency there will be crime. Stop the buck.

I think that the Obama administration wanted to create a gun problem in Mexico, since the 90% figure has been proven to be false.
