If China together with Turkey, will decide to built a HEAVY railway, to connect Asia with Europe (and after, with Africa), than I will provide them a strong technically solution for heavy railway with heavy transport (heavy like sea-ships at every one heavy-train transport) and high-speed transport (more than 200 km/h, but estimate at usually 400 km/h VERY SURE) and strong resistance IN REAL TIME to ANY bombardments.
