1) we need to continue our power, and to protect us and oure Alai' the north America, EU, australia new zealand Japan south Korea, taiwan, against China that in free market condition will take over, that could achieved by heavy protection outside the group, and agreement inside the group. economical trade agreement that we need is for protection and not for cheaper product,
basicly every member should have high customs /tariff on importing from outside the group, and no customs / tariff inside the groop.
between the members, the roll be, that you have to buy product as much that you sale. and if not then penalty apply.
if Japan or Korea sale to us, they have to buy product for the same amount, we have what to offer, as boeing or weapons or heavy machinery. on outside the group (mainly china) will be high customs /tariff like 40%, or more, without the need of china to buy as much as they sale, (the Idea is to stop they product, and to enrich the members or the western governments with the customs /tariff on china product, if we include the oil producer in the trade agreement, it obligate them to buy product from the members and not from china and to apply customs /tariff, on China and other non member,
this will increase tremendously the production in US. and as far as our back yard cheap labor mexico, we just have to force on them buying from america as much that we import from them,
it work for the benefit of all member, because they all affected by china, they all will benefit, they all need America to protect them from the hegemony of China.
this kind of regulated trade deal, have to be massively regulated and monitor, it is neutral the senior members (like EU Japan, Korea, etc. will be in comity of regulation, when the US be the most dominant (as always)
since US is the senior member, and the super power that protect the member, then the us be the "clarence house" that ajast between shortage or surplus between members,
so as you see, trade of club member is a protection, no problem at all. it all design to benefit the members and to protect the them against outside, by discrimination. all clubs are like that, EU market, or NAFTA, it just that now we need a bigger club with new rules. giving the Russia already in the pocket of China, in import gas oil and minerals, and export consumer product, this clob have to be protecting against Russia also. we have to create our strong club, before china will force trade agreement with asia,
