Answer: People do consider education as a fundamental part of their society especially in today's world of global competition among nations;nevertheless,when ever we are asked to decide whether education should be provided to the general public,it opens up some kind of debate among the tax payers regarding who should qualify for a free education and who not. The question, who should qualify for access to a higher education is very challenging based on which perspective one is focusing his or her reasons. Although some people might prefer the access of higher education to be reserved only for good students, However, i Personally believe that it is for the interest for a nation to provide higher education ;that is ,college or university education to all of its citezens because ,it will increase the number of littrate people ,more efficient work force, and also provide the tool for that nation to compete with other nation. First of all, providing higher education to every one means having very highly educated poulation, which can be translated as a littrate nation.when a nation is highly littrate , the people people of that country are bound to succeed in every aspect because they could easy identify a problem when there is one and get a solution without going that long or seeking to drastic solution to solve a semple problem.for instance ,most third world countries with very low litterate rate always turn to drastic solutions to solve simple economics problems by getting into civil war without even sitting down to discuss the issue .this show how the level of littracy could affect peoples thinking. In addition, if every one in a nation is giving the opportunity to have a higher education,this means that the will be a more efficient work force and also high productivity.Highly educated peopl are always efficient when it comes to the job market because companies will not spend money trying to train their workers as it happends in the developing country where companies have to allocate a big sum of their investment money just to train their workers before getting them in. Finally, by providing higher education to everyone, means companies are going to have more specialist worker and they will be able to produce quality product.This will give companies a grat chance to compete with other nations in the global market and eventually a success because people will always want to buy quality product.so the country eventually bolster it economy by providing hgher education to everyone which in the long rum will help to foster the economy at the international level. In a nut shell,providing education to every one in a nation is a very vital tool for the success of country looking at the above reasons,so countries should encourage higher education if they want their econoy to excel in today's global economy.
