The head of the International Monetary Fund urges worldwide banking officials to take more aggressive steps to spur growth. Christine Lagarde-- who was speaking ahead of next week's meetings of the IMF and the World Bank in Washington-- said the global economy is recovering from recession but the pace is still too slow.
