IMF warns of rising downside risks to global economy

The International Monetary Fund on Wednesday warned of the rising downside risks to the global economy. In a surveillance note for Group of 20 finance chiefs meeting this week in Ankara, the IMF said that global growth remains moderate, reflecting a further slowdown in emerging economies and a weak recovery in advanced economies.
