Nayyar is talking a load of rubbish - even at the very beginning. West Bengal's population is 90 million, area about 90k KM2. Bangladesh population is about 160 million, area about 150k KM2. By every measure West Bengal is far smaller than Bangladesh. Totally ignorant. The other panelists of course proceed to completely demolish his ill-informed arguments.

Economics. To understand the needs of people of the area/country being thought of, to realize their potential, even on a personal level without bias or prejudice, to then, calculate their demands, thus, supplying this demand, which is accurate, not to make loss, to a satisfactory level which causes as little chaos as possible, maintaining peace and equality, together with fulfilling the objectives brought to us by Maslow, with his hierarchy of needs, for individuals whom are bothered/who care all round.
