An example adding value to an economy are wind-farms being built off the UK coast. Public initiatives, Northern Europe's well funded education system providing expertise. new orders and employment. I read this week about a new blade design which reduces turbulence, such things expand markets even further - to everyone's benefit. Pres. Obama fitted solar panels to the white-house recently. EU leaders could do the same. It could lead to lower energy costs and stimulate growth in a number of ways.
