I agree with your view with respect to governments making everything worse and your views on banks and how they are controlling, manipulating and stealing from the people. But your view on socialism and free market is just one big fairy tail. I will explain you why.
How on earth are you blaming the Venezuela collapse on socialism ???? Venezuela is being fucked deep in the ass by all Western nations. US is boycotting Venezuela, Spain is boycotting Venezuela. They instigates uprises, boycot Venezuelan trade, the Venezuelan companies even hide food on purpose so there is a shortage of food so people revolt against government. There are 2 reasons Venezuela is a mess:
1. Capitalism is boycotting socialism because they want the rest of the world to believe that capitalism is the only working system.
2. Venezuela did make a mistake ... they have an economy only based on oil. That's a very big mistake they made. They need to diversify. They should have a look at Ecuador.
You can't blame socialism for the fucked up situation Venezuela is in. If capitalism wouldn't have been boycotting Venezuela then you could. But you are stepping right in the trap capitalist bankers have set up and you are not even aware of that. That's very dissapointing in my view.
Your second erroneous view is that what we have today in the US is not capitalism. You are so wrong on that. You have this utopic view of how capitalism should be. And yes, the US is not the same as your romantic utopic view you have on capitalism. But reality is that capitalism will ALWAYS lead to what you have in America because in a capitalist system the more money you have, the more power you have and there will ALWAYS be individuals to abuse that power. Every capitalist system in the end leads to what we have now in America. It will always lead to people with so much money that they are above law and decide what laws people should obey at.
What caused the financial crisis in 2000 and 2008 ? Was it paying people retirement money or toxic financial derivatives following from capitalist greed ? -

Cronyism goes off the chart under these socialist regimes, also. The Castros take a huge processing fee for anyone seeking to do business with Cuba. Chavez was known for kicking out owners of existing businesses and installing friends to run the place (into the ground). This is why these countries can't seem to run a bakery without screwing things up - the people in the businesses don't have a clue what they are doing, and just line their pockets until everything shuts down.
