Really the defining conflict that took Europe from 19th Century Imperial states that saw heroism in war into a modern shape. Unfortunately, it had to go through World War II as well (that some would argue was due to imbalances created by World War I). About Khan Academy: Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content. For free. For everyone. Forever. #YouCanLearnAnything Subscribe to Khan Academy’s World History channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6KRvvmvkCchFMo2EJ-3Arg?sub_confirmation=1 Subscribe to Khan Academy: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=khanacademy

It is wrong to count Briton as an "spoken language" in modern world. 100 years ago I don't know, but today just go to Brittany and you'll have a VERY hard time to find anybody who's native language is Briton, actually if you find any there's a good chance they'd be aged 90 or more. Of course the region has a different history than other France's region etc... (and after all the same can be said for all regions of France).
But it's ridiculous to call them a different ethnic group whatsoever, and to show it on a supposedly modern map, and anybody who does so have no idea how modern France works. -
What do you mean as a "Macedonian language". There is no such language!Ancient Macedonians were Greeks and so do the modern Macedonians!

I love this guy and the way he presents and talks about history.
I want to contact this guy and find out how his computer was set up and his workflow. Unfortunately Khan Academy doesn't allow emails with specific questions, so I am at a dead end.
Anybody an idea about what to do? -

Wrong!!
bosnia is the same as slavonia, dalmatia, istria. Its Croatian soil, which was populated with diffrent ethnos from Ottoman empire(later the Serbian Ortodox church serbisized them)who were brought in areas by Ottomans who expelled Croats from their soil.Thats why you have in neighbour country Slovenia,Hungary,Austria a lot of folk(people)with surname(Hrovat,Horvat,Hratin,Hrovatich,..etc)..Hrvat means Croat..They came as refugees...
I'm bosnian, and bosnia has never been populated by Serbs or Muslims, until the Ottomans started spreading to the west.
If someone doesnt believe, let he checks about blessed Katarina Kosaca Kontromanic(last queen of bosnia) and how the Hrvatincic nobility ruled over bosnia, before the fall under Ottoman empire. -
