20. It annoys me when they always talk about having a big percentage of women in a company. It's like he early mentioned, talking about electricity as a high tech on the streets. women are given equal opportunities. law even heavily puts tremendous amount of effort to make sure it keeps on going that way. so why talking about more women like women are oppressed, If it's like in middle east, it makes sense, but in rest of the world, I find it's a bad trend. in certain companies there are more female employees than men, there are more women in top senior management, yet people still complain women ain't given opportunities, and they are oppressed. if women are oppressed, then there is no way there are a lot of successful women out there. sure, there may be few female victims out there, so there are male victims too. there are only two genders, so someone be a victim at one point, it's perfectly natural, it can not be stopped even though it can be minimized. I find pointing those examples and believing women are victims is a ridiculous thing, because as a group women ain't oppressed outside of certain big conservative countries like saudi arabia. many years ago the situation was different, women as a group weren't allowed in many things, but it's changed. so there is no point of focusing on that thing again. so stop heavily emphasizing on women, stop trying to balance the gender gap, stop viewing women are oppressed. If things go like that, more and more men will start feeling they are ignored, they are made belittle, they are just useless. so we need to focus now on people, as whole without any discrimination more than women, and other groups like blacks, muslims etc.. we have to focus on people, we need to talk about giving everyone equal opportunities.
